We act as an independent third-party between Owners, General Contractors and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction to provide controlled and progress inspections, as well as special inspections throughout NYS in addition to being licensed as a NYC Special Inspection Agency (SIA).
PROPERTY DAMAGE FORENSIC INVESTIGATION
Whether your property or building has been the victim of weather-related damage from a flood, leak or wind or your property has suffered from any other catastrophic damage, we work directly with you or your claims adjuster to understand the root cause of the property, structure or building damage.
STRUCTURAL / RETAINING WALL STABILITY INVESTIGATION
We provide non-destructive testing of existing building and retaining wall structures for the investigation and condition assessment associated with multiple types of deterioration or concerns of adequacy.
FIRE ESCAPE EXAMINATION
We have three different suites available, each with a bedroom that features a king bed, separate living area with dining set and day bed, extended bathroom with hot tub, and a private terrace.
